OK, I get how the code works, but--how does the writing work? I can select the quill, I can choose an ink, and then...what are you supposed to do next? (I can hover over the word "secret", but clicking it doesn't do anything....)
Many of the interactions in the game require two pieces of paper to be touching in a particular order. It's not very obvious it could probably use some polish and I forgot to include it in the notes. Sorry for the frustration!
Could you maybe write a short tutorial here? I've been trying to figure it out myself, but have not had much success so far. Maybe tell us here how they need to be touching? I'm holding off of rating this game, as I don't think I got a good representation so far, but it looks really interesting and I just can't figure out how to use the paper and codes.
